yea she got banned the first time for being under 13, then the seond time for ban evasion.

i had seen a 12 year old banned and people though she was an art theife because how good he rart was. but she wasnt. so i wanted to make sure you knew she was banned for something minimal

I'm also posting this here so I'll help her understand this.

You know. She was banned from SheezyArt for a very good reason. SheezyArt does not allow people under the age 13 and they don't allow people to misrepresent their age anymore due to database and COPPA reasons. Nearly 20,000 users will be searched to verify their legal age and if they're found to be under the age of 13, the admins will ban them either temporarly or indefinitely, until they reach the age of 13 or if they sent ChannelCat a e-mail containing written permission. Those who were born in the final two days of 1991 are quite lucky that they'll be able to register for an account at SheezyArt and they probably won't be able to notice that they'll turn 13 by the time this year is over. But even so, being so close to the age of 13 is not a excuse.

If she want to be on SheezyArt, she has to either be at least 13 years of age or she needs to get her parents permission and have them e-mail ChannelCat. Please understand this and don't hate SheezyArt for it.

Oh, and another thing. Temporarly banned SA users can log in, but permanently banned SA users can't and they'll have to clear the cache in order to log out for good. Be warned, that creating a new account in a attempt to evade the original ban from SheezyArt is a no-no.

I'm not saying anything bad about her, but I'm just trying to help her case.
